The Library at The Roof Restaurant
Consider holding your business dinner or family gathering in "The Library," a private room on the North end of the restaurant with a view of Temple Square, The Conference Center, The Utah State Capitol Building, The Church Office Building, and Downtown Salt Lake City. One large round table creates a comfortable atmosphere for all guests. This unique table accommodates large parties of 10-16 people. Welcome our New Manager
Temple Square Hospitality Corporation is pleased to announce that Barbara Roberts has been named as the General Manager of The Roof Restaurant. Barbara has been in the hospitality industry for the better part of 25 years.
Barbara is the mother of Katie Roberts-Olsen and Mallory Roberts-Miles. She is anxiously awaiting the birth of her first grandchild and is excited to become a grandmother.
While employed at the Grand America Hotel, Barbara was accepted into the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or USA Association in 2010. She has the honored distinction of being the first Utahn to have been accepted into Les Clefs d’Or USA.
In February 2012 Barb enthusiastically accepted the offer to work as the new General Manager of the world-famous Roof Restaurant located high atop the Joseph Smith Memorial Building overlooking historic Temple Square.
It is Barbara’s goal to continue in her path of ‘questing for excellence’ in her new position and is delighted to have a strong staff of like-minded people whose goal is to provide guests with exceptional service and hospitality.
